The City View After Last Night’s Thunderstorm in El Paso, Texas

A View of Downtown El Paso Texas after the Storm

A View of Downtown El Paso Texas after the Storm featuring the Wells Fargo Bank building, the old Plaza Hotel, the Federal Building. From our studio, we can see deep into Juarez, Mexico.

Near the heart of Downtown El Paso, I’m really proud of where I live and work! And I love to tell people that from east to west, I have the best view in the whole city!

My home and office are on the second floor so I am above all of the other homes in the area. My windows all face south and I can see all of Juarez and far into Mexico.

Sunrises and sunsets are just beautiful on the reflective surfaces of the buildings like the Federal Building, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank and the old Plaza Hotel. I can also get a bird’s eye view of the Camino Real Hotel.

Of course, living in the Sun City, all we mostly get is well, Sun. So last night’s thunderstorm was a perfect chance to capture a rainbow and some very dramatic pictures of downtown.
