“Sisters, Sisters…Lord help the mister who comes between me and my sisters…
All kinds of weather, we stick together, the same in the rain or sun.
Different faces, but in tight places, we think and we act as one. Uh-huh!”
Whether you remember the sisters singing in the 1954 version of White Christmas or the version by Bette Midler and Linda Rhonstadt, the same is true for these 3 lovely sisters and their Mom, Rebecca who met me in the park last week!
Jessica – the gal in the turquoise – contacted me because she couldn’t remember a time when they’d had a family portrait and wanted to give it as a gift to their Mom, Rebecca! And she wanted prints because they take lots of digital pictures but they “never seem to get prints.”
Miss Rebecca, an administrator for the Socorro School District, chose to create a beautiful 16×20 canvas of the family portrait for the entry way of her home, even though she plans to downsize when the girls leave home.
As for me, it was the very first time I’ve photographed 4 women as a family unit and I just fell in love with these 4 laughing ladies!
